Winter Worlds offers clearly defined grades, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your cycling experience and competitive ambitions:

Open Grades

Elite Grade: (58 km)

For riders competing nationally, at peak fitness, and ready for fierce racing. Ideal for staying race-sharp through winter.

A Grade:

High-level racing for serious cyclists balancing training, family, or career. A challenging pace, perfect for strong, skilled competitors and emerging juniors.

B Grade:

Solid, competitive racing for experienced riders. Mature, trained cyclists looking for intense, exciting competition without the extreme intensity of A and Elite grades.

C Grade:

Ideal for masters riders seeking manageable but competitive racing, or juniors stepping into adult categories. An exciting and welcoming challenge, bridging experience and growth.

D Grade:

Perfect for enthusiastic racers, including masters riders, juniors transitioning to open races, and riders stepping up their racing experience. Friendly yet competitive, ensuring enjoyment alongside meaningful racing.

Special Focus Grades

  • Foundations Grade:
Tailored specifically for newer cyclists, returning riders, or those seeking increased confidence in bunch riding and racing. Grow your skills and confidence in a supportive race environment, complemented by pre-race workshops.

  • Development Grade (Under 15):
